Mr. Timothy F. Hamlett is noted for his unceasing - and uncomplaining - contributions to his students, Department, School and the University over the years. He always readily accepts, and sometimes even volunteers to take up, any service-oriented tasks and completes them conscientiously and efficiently. Highly commended for his reliability and helpfulness, Mr. Hamlett is labeled by his colleagues as someone whom they can count on on every occasion. Over the years, Mr. Hamlett had contributed greatly to the growth and development of the International Journalism concentration of the Department, and more recently, to the design of the International Journalism programme of the United International College in Zhuhai. Journalism colleagues are of one voice in applauding Mr. Hamlett for the excellent service he rendered and for the recognition he duly deserved.
